5am Meditation Day 37- Happiness
"Happiness is not about making it to the peak of a mountain,
not is it about climbing aimlessly around the mountain;
happiness is the experience of climbing toward the peak."
I happen to believe that meditation can only begin when you free yourself of all thought and worry and lend yourself to the freedom to think on the things that are pure, righteous, holy, virtuous, and of a good report. This type of meditation can bring peace. Far too many people get caught up in living lives that are stress-driven and could certainly benefit from such freedom.
I am not to far from my peak. I hope to complete this debate successfully and I will be finished with this graduate program. I WILL BE HAPPY.
